ACTIVITYCAMPS.CO.UK Booking Terms & Conditions




Bookings


ACTIVITYCAMPS.CO.UK offers an online booking service, once the booking form has

been completed and submitted, payment in full received and the booking

validated by ACTIVITYCAMPS.CO.UK you will be sent confirmation of your booking

via the email address you have provided. Bookings are subject to our website

terms and conditions which are hereby incorporated.

An email acknowledgement of payment is confirmation of your child's place on an

ACTIVITYCAMPS.CO.UK activity.

For safety reasons we can only guarantee a place on ANY camp or course to those

booking and paying at least 24 hours in advance. Those that arrive on the day

will not be guaranteed a place on the activity.

Before booking please ensure your child is able to attend the activity and

meets the conditions for such event as listed on our website.

All bookings once made and confirmed by us are final and non-refundable.

ACTIVITYCAMPS.CO.UK will, at its discretion try and accommodate any request to

change a date or venue, however please note any change will be subject to an

administrative fee. All such requests must be made in writing, no less than 24

hours prior to the start of the course.

Promotions

ACTIVITYCAMPS

from time to time offers promotions in the event that you have been issued with

a promotional code this code must be redeemed and used in accordance with the

terms and conditions of that promotion and these terms and conditions.

Payment

ACTIVITYCAMPS.CO.UK

accepts credit/debit card as methods of payment but all credit/debit card

payments.

Telephone bookings may be subject to an additional £2.00 administration charge

which we will advise you of and which will be added to your booking.

Child

Protection

All

ACTIVITYCAMPS.CO.UK staff hold current child protection and CRB certification.

In the event that a child makes a disclosure or a member of staff believes that

the child is suffering from abuse we will act in accordance with our child

protection policy, a copy is available on request.

Film/Photography

ACTIVITYCAMPS.CO.UK

may from time to time take photographs/film of ACTIVITYCAMPS.CO.UK and clubs,

the use of this data is solely for the purpose of promoting and publicising activitycamps.co.uk

Nottinghamshire LTD events through activitycamps.co.uk

Nottinghamshire LTD literature, website,

press and TV.

Parents/guardians that do not wish for their child to be photographed/filmed

must make ACTIVITYCAMPS.CO.UK aware of this at the time of booking or in

writing before the activity starts (where possible ACTIVITYCAMPS.CO.UK will

inform parents/guardians at the start of a camp).


Personal

Property

ACTIVITYCAMPS.CO.UK

cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to any personal belongings

whilst attending a ACTIVITYCAMPS.CO.UK event. Please ensure that no valuables

are taken to the venue by your children.

Health

& Safety

A

full risk assessment will be carried out before any activity takes place at a

new venue. ACTIVITYCAMPS.CO.UK hold a current emergency aid certificate issued

by an appropriate body.




It is the parent/guardian’s

responsibility to ensure appropriate clothing is worn and/or available for

their child for the activity provided and weather conditions.

Medical

information

Any

medical conditions that participant may have must be fully disclosed

(1) at the time of booking in writing to activitycamps.co.uk Nottinghamshire LTD

 at registration and

(2) to the lead coach on the camp or at the venue.

Liability

ACTIVITYCAMPS.CO.UK

only accepts liability for personal injury or death of any participant

attending a ACTIVITYCAMPS.CO.UK activity directly caused by its negligence or

negligence of its staff.

Programme

Changes

In

the event that ACTIVITYCAMPS.CO.UK has to cancel an event for any reason, a

full refund will be issued to the person who booked, no written request is

required.

In the event of adverse weather, all ACTIVITYCAMPS.CO.UK events have suitable

indoor areas to change, meet and eat lunch, and suitable indoor activities will

be organised to replace the outdoor activities at the discretion of

ACTIVITYCAMPS.CO.UK staff.


Complaints

In

the unlikely event that you or your child are dissatisfied with the service we

provide then please in the first instance raise it with the activities senior

coach at the event. He/she will deal will the problem in accordance with our

policies and procedures. If the problem is not resolved to your satisfaction

then please write to our customer services team info@activitycamps.co.uk within

7 days of child’s attendance on the course.

We take your views and complaints very seriously and will endeavour to resolve

your complaint as quickly as possible.

Refunds will only be issued if ACTIVITYCAMPS.CO.UK is proven to be in breach of

our terms & conditions.

Tuck

shop

ACTIVITYCAMPS.CO.UK

offers a variety of products at lunch and break time for participants of

courses which may be bought. Items include fresh fruit, non-fizzy drinks,

crisps and confectionary.

activitycamps.co.uk Nottinghamshire LTD ‘s healthy eating policy is reinforced

throughout our camps and courses and our staff will always encourage children

to eat their packed lunches before buying anything from the Tuck shop. If you

do not wish your child to have anything from the Tuck Shop or are concerned

about food allergies, please inform the Coaches on arrival or make a note in

the comments section during checkout if booking online.

Information

The

information on this site is updated regularly. However, we hereby exclude any

warranties (whether expressed or implied) as to the quality, accuracy,

efficacy, completeness, performance, and fitness for a particular purpose of

the site.


Activity Camps

Children must be signed out by a parent or a nominated adult at the end of each

session/day.

Contracts

for the supply of Courses formed through our sites or as a result of visits

made by you are governed by our booking terms and conditions

logic bombs or other material which is malicious or technologically harmful.

You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any of our sites, the

server on which our sites are stored or any server, computer or database

By breaching this provision, you would commit a criminal offence under the

Computer Misuse Act 1990. We will report any such breach to the relevant law

enforcement authorities and we will co-operate with those authorities by
